NETZSCH PUMPS
A Netzsch pump is a positive displacement pump that can be used in the chemical, food, paper, petrochemical and gas industries. They are ideal pumps for pumping pastes or other thick liquids that (may) contain solid particles.
The rotor and the stator are important for the operation of the pump, the rotor is always in the stator. When this helical part makes a rotating movement, the medium to be pumped will move to the chambers in the stator. MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
Maintenance of the pump is the most important thing there is, good and periodic maintenance often ensures that downtime of the pump and therefore your system can be prevented. Original parts are sometimes required for maintenance, these Netzsch spare parts can be obtained from IPG as an official dealer. It is also possible, when the pump is malfunctioning, to outsource this revision to the experts of the Industrial Pump Group. Our overhaul team has more than 30 years of experience, including worm pumps.

LOBE PUMPS
Since 2002, Netzsch has also been developing another type of positive displacement pump, namely the lobe pump.
Simply speaking, the operation is the same: the medium to be pumped can be moved by creating spaces within the pump. These lobe pumps are mainly used in applications where liquids with a high viscosity have to be pumped. Precisely because of the smooth movement of this medium, this pump is extremely suitable for pumping sensitive liquids.
