Ruhrpumpen ZW split-case centrifugal pump: designed according to HI standard (BB1)

The ZW pump is a horizontal, single-stage, axially split-case centrifugal pump designed and built according to the standards of the Hydraulic Institute (HI) (BB1 type). It is part of Ruhrpumpen's HS/ZW series of split-case pumps, which also includes the HSC, HSD, HSL, HSR, and HSM models.

FEATURES

Horizontal, single-stage, axially split centrifugal pump with bearings between the impellers. This innovative pump is designed for compact installation and ensures perfect alignment.

  •  Hydraulic Institute (HI) design - BB1 type

  •  High-efficiency, foot-mounted design

  •  Axially split casing with single or double volute design to minimize thrust loads and enable a wide operating capacity

  •  Flanged connections

  •  Side-to-side nozzle configuration

  •  Double-suction, closed impellers for hydraulic balance, eliminating axial thrust

  •  Available in clockwise or counterclockwise rotation

  •  Bearing lubrication options: grease or oil

  •  Stuffing box for packing or mechanical seal

  •  Replaceable wear rings

  •  Available in horizontal or vertical mounting options
