Benefits and Applications

Complete pump systems

Total pump units are a popular alternative to traditional pumps as they offer several benefits including efficiency, reliability and ease of maintenance. These complete pump systems are designed to improve the integrity and performance of industrial processes and provide an integrated solution for pumping liquids and gases. By using a total solution, companies can save costs on the purchase and maintenance of individual components and increase operational efficiency. Total pump units are suitable for a wide range of applications, including water treatment, food and beverage, petrochemical and more.

Complete pump sets

In addition to the Industrial Pump Group supplying various types of pumps from different brands, IPG can also provide you with complete pump sets.
These sets can be supplied by one of the manufacturers with whom IPG has a good relationship or assembled by the pump experts in one of our workshops. These sets are selected and built according to wishes and specifications provided by the customer.

Unlike separate pumps, pump sets are complete units that only need to be connected on location, these units are fully equipped with a pump, but also with all accessories and the necessary piping. When the pump set is custom-made for the customer, it can be immediately connected to the current pipework.

The drive is often also part of the whole.

  • Complete installation, more than just a pump
  • Can be connected to current (or new to be built) design
  • Built according to the wishes of the customer

What does a pump set consist of?

It has been described above that a complete pump set consists of a pump with various accessories, under these accessories one often speaks of a suction and pressure manifold, valves / non-return valves / compensators / control equipment and so on. The big advantage is that you receive a complete package, where you only have to link the drawings to your design drawings.

Looking for an experienced partner for your pump set?

IPG's pump experts have more than 30 years of experience in the field of industrial pumps. They advise what is required to achieve the desired specifications and can assist in assembling or adjusting the desired pump set.
